Taken from...The summit of Baruntse? Obviously Lhotse South Face in the background, and I don't think it's from Island peak, I believe that the summit pyramid of Everest is visible from IP summit.

Island peak...photo is from the summit of island peak, mt.Everest pyramid is obscured by Lhotse. IP is easy, but offers some really great views...
