"After the first glass, you see things as you wish they were. After the second, you see things as they are not. Finally, you see things as they really are, which is the most horrible thing in the world."

West chuteClimbed a chute from Chocolate lakes just north of Vagabond Ridge. It was a very nice 3rd class route putting us on the west end of vagabond Ridge.
The register is tucked in a hole on the side of the summit block.

from Sky Haven and CloudripperDay 8 of Sierra Challenge. Couldn't find the register on Vegabond-it owes its relevance to its proximity to cloudripper

Traverse from CloudripperAfter thoroughly enjoying Cloudripper's West Chute, Blair and I tagged Vagabond over Class 3/4 boulders and descended straight down to Green Lake. No pen/pencil in summit register box. :P Awesome views up there!

Couldn't pass it upIt's so close on the way to Cloudripper from Green Lake, that it was too tempting to pass up. I felt like a proper monkey bouldering up the ridge. Didn't find the summit register, possibly since I was rushing to get back to my group.
