Vevnica fom the N-NW
From Belopeška jezera / Fusine lakes, mountains of Mangart group are often photographed. So, also this motif of Vevnica is quite common. Nice, steep walls, appropriate for climbs of all kinds, in this snow rich winter heavilly covered with snow. On the right you can see a shady basin, from which Via della Vita, a famous ferrata climbs up. That is the only, quite hard, but direct ascent on this beautiful mountain. January, 2009.
