Nice find...

Wish I had heard of this one when I visited a couple years ago. Is it difficult to get to?

not at all. you talked about lookout mountain in your trap hills page... it is literally just down the hill from the trail on that gravel road, right by the dam that creates the victoria reservoir (visible from the top). worth the extra .25 mile!
