My visit lasted 10 days, and I got very un-English weather. I was very lucky!

I had expected to get plenty of rain, but only on the day I arrived I got a small drizzle. It was a bit windy too. I still hiked a few hours, but took no pictures.
The second day was dry and overcast. But from the third day onwards it was sunny and warm, on some days even hot! Most unusual to have such a long period of great weather in the Lake District. But I'm not complaining :-).
