This is the first of your Canarias pages I recall looking at. With 120 volcanoes maybe we can expect some more! :-} Very interesting geologic information. An event every 200 years is pretty fast on that scale. Look forward to your stormy trip report.
Thanks Nelson! I'm afraid that we had too much rain... It musthave been a historical low - usually the western side gets aboz 12 inches of rain a year! When we were there we got as much within minutes. For hours and hours....
First of all for the content itself and for more personal reasons as well - I realize the deeper I dig in the SP-archives the more mountains I have climbed it seems ;-)
The usual high quality stuff. Guys like us couldn't put up a crappy page if we tried. Kind of like we couldn't get lost if we tried. Well, maybe you could.
Two typos in Overview: 'he' should be 'the' and 'Nevere' should be 'Never.'

Untitled CommentExcellent page, and knowing this page is from you, we can all expect for more excellent photos to be added.
One thing: I thought the Canary Islands were part of Africa. Are they also considered part of Europe because of they are part of Spain?

Untitled CommentThanks Paul. The weather wasn't good enough to climb all the important mountains on La Palma so I'll have to do with the unimportant ones ;-)
