Walking Fern (Asplenium rhizophyllum)
Walking fern is found on limestone rocks and ledges in moist forests from southeast Canada to most of the eastern U.S. It is unusual due to the trailing nature of vegetative reproduction. Photo from Mammath Cave National Park, Kentucky. October 2001
