Great Page

Not every trip up the hill has to be a Nepalese expedition...

Re: Great Page

Thanks Flesh. Glad you like it. It also gave me an excuse to post some good pics of the Tioga Pass area.
Cheers, Windsor.

Latitude/Longitude?

Certainly a wonderful page with great photos. However, the interactive map shows the mountain in China, and the coordinates are pretty non-specific. I am traveling on a cross-country flight today, but if you want, I am happy to try and locate the correct coordinates for you when I return. Just let me know.

Re: Latitude/Longitude?

Thanks rapid. There seems to be a problem with the Google maps for M&R pages. The little red point of contact balloon is gone which makes it difficult to pin point the exact coordinates for anything. I contacted the elves but haven't heard back yet. I'll try and type them in from TOPO! but if you can help that would be great.

Re: Latitude/Longitude?

37.985125, -119.2262
This is for the sharp little peak about 0.4 miles SSW of Mount Warren that has about 200' of prominence.

Actually...

You are still in China. Remember to put a -119.2262. You have 119.2262, which is China.

Re: Actually...

I put the - before the 119.2262 but it won't save the change.

Re: It works now

Thanks! I'm having the same problem with the new Mt. Livermore/Angel Island page. I get the exact coordinates from TOPO! and type them in but it won't register the changes after I submit them. ....??? perplexing :)
