Same question as Mtn Man Dan. I love my 05 Tacoma but I've wondered about this new Toyota. I'm starting to see alot of them. BTW, the pic is nice too.

Re: How do you like the ...

Dean, thanks. Funny you should ask, just drove from Banff to Canmore tonight with no less than a dozen vehicles in the ditch....the road grip of this vehicle and tires is huge improvement for me over the Landrovers we have owned over the past 10 years....once you put it in LL with A-Trac, you might as well be driving on super glue...the split rear differential pulls out of mud with quite the grip as well....the suspension in the Ghost is a real treat and surprise, have no idea how they can get it that smooth over river boulders.....outside of that, real basic truck, nothing to keep clean, 3 skid plates, ready to be abused...I have the 6 speed manual which is 4 wheel at all times, unless you live my lifestyle, you would no doubt be better served with the auto which allows you to go to 2 wheel drive for the road.... gas mileage is not stellar for a 6 cylinder. Just not built for highway driving. I was part of a sponsorship deal with Toyota to get the word out early.....but even for the retail price it is hard to beat in my opinion...had it since May and put 10,000 hard desert and snow miles on it...pleased to date...cheers
