Traverse is quite possible - nothing exceeding class 4. That was my plan a couple weeks ago to do all three, but weather looked too chancy. Thanks for your vote.
Nice one Larry, the trio is now complete. West Apostle from some vantages is the best looking one of the three, certainly more beautiful than North Apostle.
Yes, the North Apostle one is a bit plain compared to the other two. But the mountains have a lot of character, just the same. Thank you for your vote.
Though I did some rock climbing and bouldering when I was young, I've just been a hiker in recent decades. As such, any summits I visit are of the non-technical category. I'll probably be adding another submission or two over the coming fall and winter. Thanks for taking the time to check out the page.
Thanks Nelson. The gloves are half way between the summit and Lake Ann. I'm still upset at myself for losing them, as they were almost new and of good quality. By now they have probably been digested by marmots.
Nice Complete Beta. Larry, I assume you caught the story about the young man who miraculously survived a considerable fall in Leadville? Our Canmore paper covered it. I will send it if not. Cheers.

Untitled CommentIs a Three Apostles traverse possible or is the rock too loose?
