Good page Bob. Scarey to think of riding the bike to more than 10000ft! Guess I'd prefer to walk...
A great way to start off the New Year Bob, congrat's on a nice page. Also enjoyed the pics you put up.
Have a great 2005.
Just 262 miles west of the real Wheeler. Looks like a very long ridge with interesting pix you provided. Read the trip report and did not know it was possible to posthole so late in the season.
The "real" Wheeler, eh? :-)
Seems every western state has at least one Wheeler Peak - that guy got around, though not as much as Mr. Black Butte and Mr. Castle.
Excellent page as usual...!
Thanks for pointing that out George. I always appreciate typo corrections.
Great page, Bob! I was wondering when somebody adds Wheeler Crest. Apparently, there are lots of steller rock routes on it... I hope to check them out this coming summer.
This'll be on my to-do list once I finish with all the SPS peaks.
I like the idea of going by MTB up to 3000m :-)
Very fine page.
Great work on this one! Excellent page and happy holidays!
Complete and well written. Good photos. Thanks for posting!
Thanks Brenta - always appreciate corrections!
Good page. That Wheeler guy seems to have gotten around; well at least to NM, NV, and CA.
