Wild Carrot in the Low Beskid meadow

Wild Carrot (Daucus carota) is very common in Polish mountains. It can grow even on rocky slopes. It is a biennial plant growing up to 100 cm and blooming from May to autumn. The root of wild carrot is either white or cream in color. The Low Beskid - Meadow below Zabia Mountain - July 29, 2007
