Wild Chives (Allium schoenoprasum)

Wild chives is a circumboreal species across much of Canada, with southern range extensions to some of the northern U.S. It extends to Colorado in the main Rockies. It generally grows in moist to wet places such as seepy outcrops, springs and lake or stream shores. Photo is from Glacier National Park. July 1997
