Great trip report, Bill! Loved your pictures from Horse Ridge. Dry Creek looks like a place I'd like to explore as well. Thanks for sharing your adventures in one of the less traveled parts of the Winds.

Hooked on the Winds

Glad to see you made it back there this year. Great report and photos. I know the feeling of that long approach. Can't believe those jerks who descended on your camp at night. Oh well, at least it was short lived and it worked out. And I didn't know you played a flute!

Thanks Nelson. It was a great trip, though it's getting tougher for this old man to make that last mile. As far as the flute, I don't really play but I do like to pretend.
