Marvelous!!!Another superb shot of the Perito Moreño Glacier from you, Paulo!! Tell me, the black streaks one sees on the lower part of the ice - is that volcanic dust?

Oh no, nothing volcanic about that, just dirt that has been trappep inside the ice for centuries!!!
From the starting point of the glacier (where it is made by daily snow storms) to this part it can take hundreds of years since the gacier is 30 kms long.
