Nice OneTo me it looks like the Eurasian Eagle Owl, but if it was in the USA it is, I guess, the Great Horned Owl? If so both are in genus Bubo as they are very similar. The USA is Bubo virginianus. A very interesting scientific name! The Eurasian one is Bubo bubo.
Not an Owl I know much about, but a lovely close up photo.
EDIT. I see P.N.G.P. is in Italy, so presumably this is a Eurasian Eagle Owl.
