Abak and Paynosoom are 2 mountains next to each other in central Alborz, and very close to the village of Shemshak.

On May 28, I started from the bottom of Shemshak Ski resort, and hiked up to the summits of Mt. Paynosoom and Mt. Abak. I took a different route to return. Here are the pictures I took in this trip.
