Re: Enchanting GroveIt only looks Mediterranean on a nice day, this is one of very few! And correct they are sessile oak. This river runs just along side a nice little campsite, a very nice place to stay for a summers eve.

AfonSo the Avon running near Stonehenge must be the English spelling for a Celtic name then. Just got enlightened! Better late than never:)

Re: AfonThat's right, there are actually quite a few rivers in England called Avon, they're probably very old names, maybe even pre-dating the Roman period.
