How do we get to this peak? What permits are required? Where do we set up camp? A lot more info would be helpful. Although I doubt many westerners would be safe traveling here at this time.

As other members have pointed out this page contains inaccuracies and badly needs to be updated, which was not done in years. This is the reason for my low vote. Once the updating work is done, drop me a line and I will also update this vote.

I went to that site but did not see Alam Kooh. It did not give me a function that allowed me to search for it either. Does it?
