For anyone interested, the Shakey Leggs Var. is directly above the climber in this photo. Its a right faceing dihedral (in shadow) that leads to a sloping ledge and up to the staircase. (5.7 I'd do this if there are groups clogging the Fresh Traverse).
If you look above the climber to his right, you will see another right faceing dihedral in shadow. This is the 5.8 Direct Crack Var. Not a bad option as it leads directly to the staircase.
