Alpenglow on Stillaguamish Peak

Taken from the Mountain Loop Highway on January 21, 2008 on a beautiful evening walk in the woods. The Mountain side was flaming red, I watched with eagerness as the mountain sides all around went from pink, to red, to light blue which was all so incredible to see. To me this moment was special, and a great memory of being able to see the mountains once again. To this day even the simplest of mountain views, I try not to take for granted.

Thanks Marlon! In the mountains these days I am always learning new things, new lessons, and living out an experiences that just the thought of brings a smile. I realize more and more all the time how much we take for granted. I'm glad to have learned this, and appreciate what I have.
