It took me two trips to finish this so called route, snow makes all difference.

Zephyr Only
Set out with my 11 year old son to do as much of the Alphabetizer as we could. Had to start with Zephyr as our last name is "Zepf". We got as far as Zephyr and my son was gassed out, so we finished with a traverse across Peak Z and a descent through the aspens.
The bushwack through the less dense slopes up Zephyr are more pleasant than the dense aspens on Z. We signed the register on Zephyr - not a lot of entries there. We met some folks at the trailhead and saw them on Peak Z from over on Zephyr.
All in all, this is a great bushwack and easy climb. I'll be back to do the whole thing - might have to leave the son behind! 8^)
