Apple and Pear

Apple and Pear in Charon's Garden Wilderness, OK. The best exit from here is between the base boulder for Pear (on the left), and the smaller boulders just in front of the hiker. Descend that slope and turn to the left. You should be able to stay on granite slabs for almost the entire descent. If you chose to follow the slab at the front of the image and off the left of the image to the nearby gully, you will be exposed to a much more difficult descent, including some class 3 work with brief class 4 moves.
