Hasn't voted | to it Fury. Definitely look me up in Canmore for a climb or two or three. I will be in full peak bagging mode if not traveling with the Summits of Canada Expedition Team.
ps My daughter just got accepted on a full fellowship (Department of Anthropology) to work on her PhD at Berkeley. I know you are working on yours. She is still waiting to her from Harvard and a few others, but the amount of money they threw her way sure pleased dad, who was prepared to pay for it anyway. I have always been utterly confused what it takes to get a PhD, but she is attempting to clear it up for me. As usual, thanks for your interest and support. I think Josh and Ryle have done a super job with the new format. Cheers. | | Posted Feb 17, 2006 5:13 pm |

Voted 10/10 | That's great news about your daughter! It's a lot of work but if you're in the field you love then it's totally worth it. It is nice to be paid to be a student and I'm sure she will enjoy it too.
I will definitely contact you before heading out to the Rockies. I hope to tack of at least 4 days of climbing after doing the Yamnuska course. I plan on being in the Rockies for about the first two weeks of July.
I agree the new format is great.
Take care!
