This stretch of the waymarked trail, aided by lots of steel stuff, used to be one-way but now (year 2023) you can scramble in either direction. Apart from the waymarked trail with the old metal chains (left), the first Tatra via ferrata (right) was installed here in 2021. The via ferrata is rather easy (rated A-B) and one-way: from Téryho Hut to Zbojnícka Hut.

Well, actually I didn't climb it - for a few reasons. First, I didn't have any via ferrata gear. Second, there seemed to be so many artificial aids, which I didn't quite like. Lastly, I thought I'd see if I could still manage to climb along the old chains without touching any metal aids. (I did manage :)) Things were different on the way down - please see the climber's log on the route page.
