In Polish we call Colchicum autumnale "zimowity" meaning "those who welcome winter". Henryk

In the western United States we call it,
the changing of the seasons.

We used to call it "the turning of the clock," but since the popularity of cell phones, satellite phones and blackberries, we don't call it that anymore.

Incredible photography, Henryk !!!!!
