Bald Ridge

Bald Ridge, actually a rather large moraine pushed up by the West Tensleep Glacier, forms the western boundary of Tensleep Lake. Up on the ridge perhaps just slightly out of frame to the right lies a trailhead that permits quick and easy hiking access to Lake Helen and Mistymoon Lake. The hiking access is great but the road up there, if you can call it a road, is in pretty rough shape. Aug 30, 2007.
