nice effectwith the light and the dark clouds. Would work even better if you cut the lower part and scale it to 16:9.

Re: nice effectThanks for your nice comments and vote to my image. The photo taken by me is orignal, the only changes I have made in the photo is resize. I don't know how to scale it to 16:9. I would be very thankful to you if you please let me know how can scale it to 16.9,
Thanks and regards, Afzal

Re: nice effectUse a software like Photoshop and define a selection square with the relation 16:9.
In Photoshop you can define that directly. With other software you'd have to calculate the pixels.
For example: your picture is originally scaled in 1600x1200 which is a 4:3 format with the factor 1600/1200 = 1,333333
You want to size it to 16:9 and get lost of a lower stripe in the picture because it's to dark and want to stay at full width.
16:9 = 1,777777
The new hights is calculated to 1200x1,33333/1,77777 or exact 1200x4/3x9/16 = 1200x3/4 = 900
This means you'd have to cut 1200x300 px from your picture.
You can do that by marking a box with the sice of 1600x900 px over your picture, copy the data in the box, create a new file with 1600x900 px, paste the data from the old file into the new one. Save the new file.
If you have other resolutions the calculation will be different, but the factors always stay the same when transferring from 4:3 to 16:9.
Your picture here has a width of 800px. For 16:9 the hights is 800 x 9 / 16 = 450 px.
Since the height is 533px you'd have to cut off a stripe with the heigt of 533-450 = 83px from the bottom.
