Bannock West Face
As you can see, the west face glacier which is indicated on topo maps of Bannock Mountain is now almost entirely gone. In fact, we descended the west face rather than coming back along our ascent route on the southwest ridge. Photographed from the summit of Stonehenge Ridge, August 12, 2016.
