I am familiar with the term Graian Alps, but all I really know is that GP is its highest peak

Nice to have another one in the range. Good pix.

You are right, the G. Paradiso is the highest summit, and Becca di Moncorvè should be considerered only a shoulder of G.P. south ridge.

On Photo id=1525 you can see the Becca from the normal route to GP (North): it'squite negligible.Probabily awarded as "mountain" because of the huge impressive South spur and wall: more than 600 m from the Moncorvè Glacier.

L'ho appena scoperta! Se riusciremo a ristrutturare le Alpi Occidentali, o Graie, o che altro, la cosa più importante per la visibilità delle pagine delle singole vette è una bella pagina interattiva del gruppo, in questo caso il Gran Paradiso.
