Berries, Isle Royale

Serviceberries (edible), blueberries (yummy) and blackthorns (poisonous!) are all commonly found on the island. All are blue to deep blue/purple/black. Consult a good field guide and only eat what you know! Would you eat these? Picture taken on August 2007.
