Big Chiwy - scrambling I

Michelle Rowley on a ledge just before the final summit tower. It is necessary to descend to the west off the crest a short distance then contour over to the final scrambling problem (Class 3+ with moderate exposure in places). There is an awkward narrow gully/notch to negotiate if you don't descend far enough. Sept. 10, 2006.
