Black Mountain Range

Mt Mitchell is located in western North Carolina and it is the highest mountain in the entire eastern United States, at 6,684ft. This picture is taken from near the summit of Mt Mitchell looking north along the crest of the Black Mountain Range. Visible are some other mountains over 6,000ft, including Mt Craig and Mt Tom.
