Looks like it could have less exposure
than Moapa Peak. Do you ever see any
desert tortoises where you travel? Seems
like you would. Any word on the fishing
at Cottonwood Cove???

Never ran into any tortises yet. Lizards quite often though. I didn't do any fishing, but drove up to Cottonwood Cove. It was a nice area. Where in Arizona do you live, what peaks are you near you there?

dealing with a fair amount of mud from
snowmelt right now. Every stream is
currently 'running' off the south side
of the Colorado Plateau. I'm planning
a trip to Henderson next month. Hope
to visit BOTH of the Black Mountains!!!
