| After 500+ miles from AZ, arrived in mid afternoon for the drive to the top and the easy stroll to the summit. Beautiful views. Picnicked while on the plateau. | |

| My trusty VW held together and made it to the summit road just fine. The road onto Aquarius was quite washboarded for a few miles in '03. I arrived at the summit just as the sun was about to set. Truly a memorable experience, with utter silence and solitude. | |

| Andrew and SP member Dennis both accompanied me on this stroll to the top of the Knoll. The hard part was getting to this way out of the way place. A long way from anywhere but the Aquarius Plateau is a magical place. | |
