break in the cliffs
A loose, yet straightforward class III gully provides access to this sloping break through the otherwise impassable cliffs. We simply followed a game trail straight ahead to the grassy bench and hooked to the right, where the route becomes exclusively class II from thereon. The easternmost summit of Mad Wolf rises in the background.
