Breccia Boulder
The breccias are among the most colorful rocks in the area. Fragments of pink, ochre, white and grey rocks are distributed in a matrix of altered greenish ash.

...such a "composite" rock, interesting place unfortunately quite far from Europe...

These "autobreccias" are pretty common in the old stratovolcanoes around here. I find very little description, but they clearly contain older pieces of the flows in a matrix of ash. I'd guess that there are some similar rocks -- though possibly at depth! -- in the Italian Penninsula and Sicily.
