Hello!
Yes, this is a view up the Bavšica/Bala valley, from the Bavšica trailhead. Briceljk is the central summit, the south slopes below. The unmarked path for Briceljk goes through the "gate" one sees to the right in the ridge line, the formation to the right being Stador (2025 m).
