Snow plants

These look like a variety of snow plants. They usually germinate after the snow melts.

Thanks Marc. I did some more research and I actually think they are a type of Stonecrop. These plants are normally green but they can turn red in the fall.

Interesting! I see some green ones on the bottom of the photos. You are right because Snow Plants are always red.
