MemoriesI went here when I was four back in 1970 or so with my parents and grandparents on a Sierra Club trip and have never been back. That trip is what might have gotten me into hiking climbing and such. Thanks for posting this and allowing memories of that wonderful trip to return.

Center BasinThis is another area I regret not seeing. I'd love to do University from here... I know; class 1, but 2 is my limit anyway. Did you do Keith or Junction from here?

Re: Center BasinI sure did. This picture was from my first trip to Golden Bear lake, and I climbed Mount Keith and University on that one. I liked it so much I went back this year for another couple of nights and did East Vidette, Junction, and Center Peak.
