Cima di Jazzi 3803m

Monte Rosa in all her glory, seen from top of Cima di Jazzi 3803m on 1st July 2013. We ended up on top of 3 out of the 4 summits which adorn the top of her mighty east face, but not when or how we expected. We failed on Swiss side floundering in deep snow, but were successful from the Italian side a few days later, when we also took in another 4 of the summits that constitutes "The traverse of the tops".

Thanks a lot Lodewijk. Definitely worth a visit - we had a BALL!

I will be posting a trip report shortly which includes our fantastic time on Monte Rosa, but also a few days later on Mont Blanc.

I shall look forward to seeing your photos (and TR?) next year!
