29th/30th, it really just depends on my assistant (who i'm training up for my job) and how fast he gets up to speed, but was thinking i would like to get over to zermat to do either Pollux or Castor if the conditions are good, acclimatization maybe a bit of an issue. Or having said that could have my arm twisted to do a "easy" multi pitch in the chamonix area.

How do you like the idea of Meeting up early wed (29th sept) going up the index cable car with really heavy packs (not unlike on the dome trip, but instead hike from the vallee up and around, then down, then up, then around and then down again) hike towards lac blanc dump our gear and do a climb (the east face of Croches would suit me 4pitches Max 4b) or we could go lightish and traverse the crochues with our kit and drop down to lac blanc and do another climb the next morning. ONLY thing is i have to be a work first thing friday (end of month accounts close), so really have to get off the mountain thursday night.

OOOO yeah i forgot important note must take Beer...and wine.

If next week is to soon no drama maybe the week after, you know me live life one week at a time.
