Comet McNaught over Lion\'s Head
Comet McNaught setting over Lion's Head in Cape Town on 20 January 2007.

Also interesting on the lower right horizon is the planet Venus, which is in the process of re-appearing out of occulatation of a waxing moon.

This photo was taken with f2.8 @ 10seconds on a Canon S70 point 'n shoot. It would have been great to have had a SLR and some real glass, though.

Especially with comet and occultation of the moon and venus on the horizon.
I wish I was there. :)
But I'm locked here, in the northern hemisphere :(
