Connector road

On the old connector road (see dotted line on this map). We decided to take this road instead of going back the way we came. We wound up doing a crosscountry descent directly down the north slope to the lower logging road, which entailed about 300 vertical feet of ferny woods. Not bad, really, at least for the descent.
