| Great hike with fantastic views from start to finish. Went a couple of miles past Mildred Lake and started up a use trail to Mt. Baldwin. Within minutes it started hailing hard. Started back then. Will do again next year. | |

| Hiked from Convict Lake to Mildred Lake. Gorgeous fall day with beautiful tree foliage. Fantastic and unique geological formations. The stream crossing was not a problem, though one still had to be very careful. Snow level started shortly after Mildred Lake. | |

| one of the best hikes in my life. will be back summer 2008. the nature is just unbelievable. stayed at mildred lake (great brook trout fishing). some of the other 8 lakes will be visited this year for sure. we just did not have enough time in 2007 for this beautiful canyon | |

| I hiked the entire canyon in 3 days. It was a rough trail, with some real good elevation gains. We had Lake Dorothy all to our selves. | |
