The view north from the summit, 9/1/07. Looking closely, you can make out two cars parked at the old lookout site, 8/10 mile to the north. (At 8,347 feet elevation, that spot is one of the highest reachable by road in all of Oregon - only the Steens Mountain roads are higher.) Comments |  Image Data
