Shelley negotiating the thin 4th class traverse which bypasses the short 5.5 crux move on the upper third of Mount Superior's South Ridge. This traverse is located on the right (east) side of the ridge, and regains the ridge just above the crux pitch, but it may be ill-advised if snow is present.
