I really recommend you all to ascend from Laghi di Fusine over Rif. Zacchi to Ponza Grande. Then go to Srednja Ponca and descend to Dom v Tamarju (Slovenia). Italian path from Laghi di Fusine is much more interesting than slovenian path.
