The paved Troy Rd that runs along the backside of Devil's Pk is a private road on private property. I took it on my way out after Snow and was stopped by a local and informed that I was trespassing. Apparently it's become a pretty big issue for them over the past few years. AllTrails also has it marked as a trail so I'm sure that's not helping them.
