It was so cool to put up the FA on the East Face. I'd wanted to climb the East face for a few years and never had the chance. I think I was in the right place at the right time with the right folks. I consider it a pleasure to climb with top folks like Wes and Bob. The conditions were perfect, and the style of climbing is what I prefer. Long, endless pitch after pitch of easy 5.7 and 5.8 climbing, in an alpine setting. I can't wait to do something like that again.
